MERCHUNO

Terms of service

Effective October 7, 2026.

The service

Merchuno provides website creation, editing, and managed WordPress hosting for businesses. Your selected plan sets the page limits. Your draft is free to preview. Hosting and publication require an active, paid website subscription.

Your subscription

The introductory offer is $1 per month for your first three monthly billing periods. After that, Basic renews at $39 per month, Deluxe at $79 per month, and Ultimate at $149 per month. All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your checkout shows the applicable amount before you pay.

Each subscription covers one website. Domain registration and renewal are separate and are not included in the website price. Choosing a domain does not purchase or reserve it.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewals through My websites: open your website, choose Launch website, then Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Service remains available through that period.

Payments are non-refundable, including unused time and partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires a refund. See our refund and cancellation policy. Canceling a website plan does not cancel a separately registered domain.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights to the content you supply. You give Merchuno permission to store, process, display, and publish that content as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to use the text, images, branding, and domain names you submit.

Review each draft before publishing. AI-generated text can be inaccurate, and sample photography may be illustrative. You are responsible for your business details, claims, contact information, required notices, and the lawfulness of your published website. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, or uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, infringement, or attempts to access other customers' data. Automated abuse and activity that interferes with other websites may be restricted. AI editing includes up to 10 requests per day during free preview and 100 per day for an account with an active paid website. Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Temporary service-wide capacity limits may also apply. Maintenance, security incidents, and provider outages can temporarily affect availability.

If a payment fails or your paid period ends, hosting and publication may be suspended. You can continue to download your available website export from your account. Backups assist recovery but do not replace keeping a copy of your own business content.

Questions and changes

Contact support@merchuno.co about your service or these terms. We will give notice of material subscription or pricing changes before they apply to a renewal. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
